-- Why do you need my e-mail address and my phone number?

We need your e-mail address to manage the shopping process e.g. to inform you that we received your order, that the shipping has started or that a certain product is out of stock. Your e-mail address will under no circumstances be given to third parties. You will receive our newsletter only if you asked for it during the registration process.

- I cannot find a certain austrian product in your shop. Is it possible that you add a product to your shop?

We will do our best to add products to our shop. Contact us if you miss a certain austrian product.

-- What happens after I ordered a product?

We immediately contact you per email to confirm, that we received your order. The shipping usually starts within 1-2 working days.
